Horrible. Never even ate. I'm not wanting 10 minutes for a whopper meal.
Hi im a dasher and The young lady working tonight on drive thru and dining room taking orders had an attitude and was very rude to me. If she acts like that often which I'm sure she does I wouldn't want her working for me just an FYI. People that Act like this Should not be in customer service.

I called to ask what was taking so long since I have been waiting line for 18 min and I was on my 30 minute lunch break, and the lady on the phone gave me attitude in return telling me that there was people in and out of the place ordering. And told me to leave if I didn't want to wait.

Terrible service. Very slow.
Ordered two whoppers and two onion rings. Received one whopper and two onion rings and all were cold.
Onion rings were soggy also.
Would not recommend this restaurant.

Tried Burger King again after being tired of McDonald's crappy service.
Ordered a couple of the classic Whopper Juniors
Waited at the window for 8 min.
Thought the food would be really fresh.........NO.

We ended up not ordering. We waited in the drive through for several minutes, with no message from the clerk. The other car waiting drove to the door & went in. We decided to drive to the window to put our order in there. The woman said she just got off her break & she's taking another order and we'd have to go back to the order speaker. She gave no apology, & no reason the drive through had no coverage while she was on a break. Not a good way to treat customers. McDonalds got our business this time.

I have been to this location several times and never cared to leave a review because service was lower to average. There is a new manager and even though they are short staffed they handled orders and made changes to orders if needed very well. They delivered a great fast food experience over the lunch rush hour. The food was fresh and consumer service was excellent.

This is by far the worst BK in the US. Service is terrible! The help is not qualified to even be in the food service business. This place needs to be shut down, cleaned thoroughly and re-opened with all new help if BK wants to keep this location. Only positive I can say about this location is that they maintain their exterior landscaping. Don't waste your time stopping here!

Only people in line in the morning , both times that I have tried going there and the food was ice cold the other day and this morning the sandwiches were clearly microwaved and hard , hash browns so cold we couldn’t even eat them
