Chick-fil-A in South Bend

“My volleyball team went to stop here for dinner after a late night game at IUSB. We called to let them know we were on our way by this time it was almost 9:40 and had gotten stuck at a train. Still ten minutes away we called again to reassure the restaurant we’d still get there before ten. Thankfully enough we arrive around 9:56 and were greeted with nothing but kindness and respect (even though they were 4 minutes from closing time and had a line of people in the drive thru!) The owner was kind enough to still serve us and even treated us with extra food. He has owned this restaurant for going on 20 years. We will be sure to try and visit this location everytime we are in Indiana but anyone who lives near this location I highly recommend because even though we came right before closing everybody in the restaurant had great attitude and food service. Thank you again to the owner we greatly appreciate you and your wonderful staff.“

“I used the Mobile order option to pick up my food. Super easy (I barely had my camera open on my phone to scan the QR code, and it immediately picked it up). I had to wait a few minutes, but not anything overly long, to get my food. Excellent interaction with staff, and good was good too.“
