The manager and the lady sitting nearby DISCRIMINATED against me after the Interview! I heard the lady tell Caleb to not hire me when I had the qualifications! What kind of messed up environment does that kind of thing?!? Only messed up Chick-fil-A, that's who! I'll be filing a complaint with the EOA too, that isn't going to be tolerated by me when I deserved a position too, not just their little select favorites. They need to STOP discriminating, others online have said similar things, so they are NOT a good employer to work for, not one bit.

love coming here and been coming here for years! first bad experience i had. the girl working at the drive thru (kailey) is her name, (didn’t see the name tag but heard her name being called to her). she was very rude and i said thank you for my change and she gave me a nasty look. she had a straight face the whole time and said nothing.

They forgot one of the fries and the two we received were a lot of crumbs and small pieces. I called them and they said I could come back for them as I was charged for them. How hard is it to put the correct items in the bag. I've never really had a bad chick-fil-a experience before but I wouldn't recommend this location.

Usually I enjoy this place! I had been getting the peach milkshake! They stopped offering it but didn't take down the advertisement. I asked for another flavor instead and was told the machine was broken!

Specifically asked for a receipt, and asked if they do surveys, as I would like to comment about my customer service experience. They assured me they do surveys, gave me a receipt (why do I have to ASK for one?) And on my way they went.

Google says only *some* people can take the survey. What a weird practice. Why not let people who buy food there do surveys so you have an accurate representation of your clientele.

This location is a dump. Not one clean table inside. Condiment area is disgusting and everything is sticky. I would expect this at a McDonald's but not at a Chick fila.

Very disappointed in the service. Go in order a carry out a kids meal add mac and cheese and 3 count tender meal. Get home no mac and cheese so i drive back up there ask to speak to a manager the lady tells me sorry they didn’t charge you for it. Which okay thats fine but now i have to buy a mac and cheese which was 70 cents to add to the kids meal. But what ever not a big deal the big deal comes in when i have to wait 10 mins for a mac 2 trips up here. You then deliver my food to someone in the dining room , that person brings it back cause it’s wrong and then you serve that to me. I don't know if the person opened up that food and now im gonna give that to my child. What should have happened when i first got there and spoke to a manager and she told me that i wasn’t charged for it she should have said if you still want i can ring you up real quick and get that for you to get you out of here since you had to come out of your way. But instead i stand in a long line wait 10 min for mac and cheese that they then give to another customer and then hand to me. Terrible service
