This was the most random food spilled all over the workspace I have been to for a Chipotle I have been to when I travel. And I mean from California to NYC. 3 employees were standing doing nothing kinda out of sight and the other 2 were flirting or arguing, I couldn't differentiate which. The worst Chipotle I have been to. Check all my previous reviews and you will see i have never given this bad of a review.

I ordered through DoorDash for a pickup this evening. I waited and waited for my order until I decided to ask for an ETA. The manager was incredibly rude to me and said they didn't have the order. Even after showing her the order on my phone and verifying that I was at the correct location, she said she couldn't help me and basically shooed me away.

The steak was old or something it was very chewy so I assume it was old and was microwaved too many times or under heat lamp too long. Then the app didnt take my order to closest store so after ordering I had to go across town to get the food.even tho I was sitting out front of a store. To top it off they added stuff I didnt order to my burrito. They put corn and something else that was pretty spicy. So that was upsetting. I ate it but it wasnt great. Not happy with experience over all. Especially paying 16 dollars.

I love Chipotle but this is the worst Chipotle in the US. The service is horrible, employees are rude and not friendly at all. The portions are tremendously small and they give the tiniest protein scoops. Employees are so bad that when a specific item like beans run out, they are too lazy to even ask for more and just say they are out of that for the rest of the day. The employee crew on Sunday is especially bad. The worst employees I've ever seen. Can't even believe a Chipotle can be this bad. Should fire all the workers and increase pay so you can hire educated, friendly, competent workers.

I don’t even know where to begin. First of all, it was so nasty in there there was trash and food everywhere and it is not well kept at all. Upon ordering, my roommate had asked for just a little bit of more meat, which should not be a problem since she asked in a calm, nice manner. The person serving us our food was very rude, yelled at her and told her that he had already given her a full scoop and asked her. What more do you want? She then said OK no worries nicely and politely and had moved on to order the rest of her toppings. Then it was my turn to order, and I had not said anything to the person serving us our food yet he still felt the need to go on and on, and on, and on, and on, and on about how ungrateful we were, he began to insult us and had yelled at us after my roommate simply looked at me because of his reaction. Additionally, I had ordered a large bag of chips. The person forgot to give them to me and when I went to go ask to get my bag of chips, they gave me a small of the stalest chips they could find it was my first time coming here and most definitely my last

Say the lobby closes at 9… not the case they close directly at 10 pm but the lady at the cash register doesn’t want to clean so she says no one can eat here but we can order our food.

Easily the best chipotle in the area, y’all need to train these other stores to do it like you! (Especially lincolnway east chipotle 🙄🙄🙄.) The food is always flavorful, portions are what they should be , and friendly service! Great job!!! Also this bowl I had today was easily the best chipotle I’ve had in years! It made me wanna cry.

Horrible portion sizes, didn’t receive more when asked nicely. Don’t normally like to complain or leave reviews but is it really that big of a deal to add a small amount to the portion?

I’m sure the food is good, but we couldn’t even eat it because we had to decide to leave due to the service. We did stop in 30 minutes before closing, which I sympathize with especially having to work in food before. But, it is still your job to at least have some customer service skills even if you have to fake it. We walked in and the three employees looked at each other and rolled their eyes. And then before turning around to look at us, she did this deep breath action that is hard to explain with words, but it further showed that she was upset. The lady asked me what I wanted and I tried to make her job easier so I said the I would take whatever is left for the night, since they were cleaning up and a lot of the food was empty. She proceeded to give me a lot of attitude and said “We have everything…I’m just trying to clean” and gave an irritated face. So I was already nervous going in because I saw that they were cleaning up and then that just made me feel worse so we decided to leave. Mind you they still had 30 minutes till close and I tried going in as compassionate as possible. Just overall terrible service. If your going to be upset by customers coming in when your still open and incapable to at least fake it, do not work in the food industry.
