I’ve been here many times. Usually my eyes are on phone so I don’t pay attention to the food. Recently I realized my food are significantly less than other customers. This situation happened several times. I am not going to be here anymore. Chipotle is a fine company, but you really need to teach your people treat every color equally.

The service took forever. Only two people in line. I had to wait 30 minutes for my online order. People after me and people who would show up in the line after I arrived got their food before me. The bowl was also almost empty. Barely any food. The last time I was here my bowl also looked like a swimming pool. It was drenched in sour cream and queso. TERRIBLE!!! The manager who used to be here with the blonde and pink hair with the customer chipotle vans PLEASE come back!!! Chipotle was so good when you were here.

Ordered online for pickup and they got most of the order wrong except the protein. Gave us rice when we didn’t want any, no black beans when ask for it and no extras on anything. I’m sure they’re busy but it’s even written down. Unable to return since we had left. Double check your orders before leaving.

There was a ridiculously long line when I first arrived, however it moved extremely quickly. There was excellent customer service, and my burrito was delicious. I’ll definitely go back there to eat again!!!
Do not order online! They did not give us half of the stuff that we requested that we paid for. Very unhappy especially when we order from this location often.

Arrived for delivery pick up at 655. Order says pick up due at 7. Their system says pick up due at 735. They told me they absolutely refuse to make any orders until their designated drop off time. Instead of making it for me, since im here, they told me i had no choice but to wait until 735 standing in the lobby for them to START the order im here for. Its insulting that you wont acknowledge the fact that im here for an order and at least put me at the end of the line for people there.Edit: showed up for a 2nd order. 7:51 pickup time. Showed up at 7:45. They AGAIN REFUSED TO EVEN START MAKING THE ORDER UNTIL 9. What a joke.
