Chipotle has been so AWFUL. I drive all the way to the one eddy st that is usually better but not tonight. DISGUSTING! Out of EVERYTHING handed sloppy burritos not even wrapped I had to ask to plz put more damn foil on it and it was $75 BULLSHIT. Handed slop!!!! We also had to ask the guy to change his gloves after wiping down the area with dirty water. Sickening. Food industry is awful anymore these days. All nasty ppl with no education on cross contamination. Train your people better before putting them on the food line!

This is a good on the go place. I like and always have liked to make my own food. Chipotle is good for that. Great food, good chips and salsa. Fun atmosphere. You will enjoy it here.

They lock the door half an hour before closing, so you're screwed if you order online. I waved at them through the window after they didn't see me and pointed at the phone screen, and you see them just not care. Had to wait 5 minutes like a madman until a customer had finished ordering takeout and opened it. How does a customer care more about your customers than your own workers? Rip. Consistently the worst service in terms of quality and service in my 4 years thus far here.

Food was good but that’s a given because Chipotle is amazing but this atmosphere was disgusting. Multiple employees were standing at the back door which leads straight into the lobby, with the door open, smoking cigarettes. First of all it’s -1 degree outside so the lobby turned from cold to freezing because of them and the smoke smell was absolutely disgusting. I am 7 months pregnant and had my 7 year old…I absolutely would never ever risk eating here again because of this experience. I am so disappointed and hope that this is taken seriously.

Just had an extremely rude encounter. Walked into chipotle and the door was open. The lady behind the counter yelled at us for coming in and was extremely unwelcoming. I’m ok with the idea that the restaurant is only taking online order but the way we were addressed was extremely rude. Usually a regular of chipotle but definitely an off putting response and may reconsider ordering from chipotle in the future.

We came in at 11:15 on Saturday. They opened at 10:45. Not sure I have ever been to a dirtier food service establishment in my life. As we walked in tables were covered in (last night’s) for debris. Soda machine had no syrup left and bathrooms were filthy. Smudges everywhere. No sauce. I cannot be believe this person still owns franchise rights. Counted FIVE people in the kitchen, while the dining room and customer areas were disgusting.

Ordered online and walked back to my hotel to find out it was the completely wrong order. I walk back and tell them this. They ask what’s wrong with it and I tell them that it’s completely wrong. They wanted me to go items by item. Then they get very defensive and some punk cook says let me just go back here like he’s so irritated he’s going to try and do something? What a joke. Don’t embarrass yourself. I have them remake the order correctly and they are defensive the whole time. My order clearly shows what I ordered on paper and what was in the bag was a completely different variation. It’s not my fault you did it wrong. How about being apologetic about the situation that I am having to walk back and forth around Notre Dame just to have a “quick” dinner?
