I ordered through the DQ app for delivery. My order was a double cheese burger combo with 2 shakes. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the correct food. I got a single cheese with only ketchup instead of what I ordered. I called to get a replacement, the manager or shift lead (young guy tan skin curly hair) did everything in his power to make sure I could get a replacement. He even tried to get a redelivery since I was at work at the time. Sadly, that wasn’t an option, which i totally...

Every time there is like 6 fries in this box. Sundaes are always melted and aren’t even filled, barely any toppings on them. Got our drinks and the lid wasn’t even on right on one of them and it nearly spilled out the drink carrier all over my car. Do better!! If I’m paying for this food, you should be providing enough food and not melted ice cream.
