I pulled up and ordered a 6 PC chicken strip basket and a double bacon ranch combo meal. First thing is that the order taker was just like what can I get you. I placed my order and specifically asked for a 6 PC chicken strip basket and the other combo meal mentioned. Was told my total and to pull around. Ordered a small cookie dough blizzard and a medium heath blizzard. They both came out the same size so they had to remake the medium, they both barely had any cookie dough or heath in them.
The prices keep going up and the quality goes down.
I ordered 4 cheeseburgers and 1 blizzard in the drive thru. I waited over 15mins and decided to go inside and get a refund because I had somewhere to be. Your manager told me she could NOT refuns me because part of my payment was a gift card. I told her that's fine, just give me store credit and refund the rest.
