Food was great service was awesome. My uncle has been bugging us to go here ever since veterans day. Its typically been out of the way and people had other places they wanted to goto but the other day we decided to make his day and goto his new favorite place. This might just be our new family goto reateraunt.
Thank you for helping veterans sorry we didn't try the food here sooner it was awesome you guys are awesome. We will be back for sure.

The waitress was the only part of the experience that got more than one star, because it's not her fault that their food is disgusting 🤢🤮.
Seriously, everyone I was around that day raved about this place but it wasn't even Mexican food. It was some kind of mystery meat inside the corn tortillas that were so greasy I had to use two napkins just to get the grease off my hands. Had zero flavor. Everything there was the worst food I've had since I've been out here. Horrible

Worst experience ever. We visit frequently and now probably won't be back. Waitress not waiting to serve their own tables then fighting yelling and arguing in the back. Dessert was horrible. It was a lot and no accountability for the issues happening in front of our eyes while trying to eat.

Staff are always attentive and friendly. Food is great, I've had several different dishes and I have never been disappointed. The famous wet burrito is a solid choice for anyone who comes in with a healthy appetite. And the chocolate mountain mud slide dessert is a great way to finish the meal.

I went in today to celebrate my 24th birthday and I went to pay and the waiter left and came back and asked me “are you sure you gave me your card” and lost my card and when we went to the manager the manager just kept repeating back “what do you mean he lost your card” it was the worst service I have ever received and the fact I had to get on the server before he admitted he didn’t know where my card was after 15-20 minutes

Good food for a very reasonable price. Great staff that is very helpful.Best to arrive before 6pm on weekends because it gets very busy.

I mean it's Hacienda. If you're looking for authentic, this isn't the place. I'm not saying it's not a great place to eat. Fairly inexpensive for being a sit down establishment. Think of it as an upscale Taco Bell. Still great food that comes with a waitstaff and never-ending chips and salsa and free refills, sodas only. Sorry, no free refills on alcoholic beverages.

Side note: The bill was $41 and some change for 2 people. I spent $51 and some change. Even though it wasn't much, I tipped our server $10...just to clarify what was actually spent on food.

First they didn't give us children's menus, so we had to go up to the front to get them. Our server thought he knew it all and could memorize orders for eight people with mods, which obviously he didn't. There was a nice long hair in my daughter's taco meat. We had told him that some of the people in our group were vegan and he did not tell us the mushroom fajitas were cooked in butter. The icing on the cake was the server setting the hot plate of my fajitas in front of my 2-year old grandson. I told him that I wanted a new server immediately. The manager came over and I let him know all of the issues we were having. Both of the managers were fantastic. And one of them pointed out that the mushrooms we were about to eat were cooked in butter. I am so glad he said something before I took a bite. The cook was able to make us vegan fajitas. The only good thing about meal were the margaritas.

I would have got better service at Taco Bell then I ever get on pickup orders at hacienda. Lettuce is wilted cuz you put my hot food on top of my cold lettuce and tomatoes and I only got like a little teaspoon full. No wonder why people don't want to tip you guys I wouldn't tip you either
