Holy Smokes! That was the best meatball sub I’ve ever tasted! Homemade meatballs! Actually, everything the two of us had for dinner was hand cut, hand breaded and a cut above everything else in town! Nothing from a freezer bag! Worth the trip to Lydick.

I treated a coworker to lunch and thought we would try Holy Smokes. Reviews were good, so we ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. I should have known there was a problem when I went to pick it up at noon and there was no one in the restaurant. The owner opened the lid to the pizza and it was NOT dazzling, but moreso disappointing. Told me I was going to "Love it." Very friendly owner with hands on home made food. Price point and food choices very good. Don't let the initial outdoor appearance fool you. Will definitely be going back.
I called in a pizza order. Sausage onion and green pepper. It was ready in 18 minutes. Perfectly cooked pie plenty of toppings and a great sauce. I highly recommend it.

The gentleman working was very polite over the phone and very welcoming as I went to pick up my order. I loved the inside mini diner type vibe the inside of the restaurant gave. The pizza was good but I was not a big fan of the crust. It was crispy but it seemed like there was too much flour. Would definitely recommend to try.
