They have really good food and used to love going every weekend but I haven’t been in a while to go out , went Friday night feb 27/2026 , the short light skin girl kept ignoring my boyfriend trying to get a drink from the bar , he then went back w a couple friends when it was less busy bc we thought maybe it was busy but she PURPOSELY IGNORED HIM ALL NIGHT I had to go to the bar w a ATTITUDE to get a drink from the tall lady , I don’t know what the issue was . I never seen her before. I just thought that was weird he stood there almost a hour and she kept skipping over him even when it was less ppl up there . Unprofessional and we were only able to get 1 drink the entire time night . We left early bc it was just a weird vibe .

International Fuse Bar and Grill is an absolute gem! The food is amazing and beautifully seasoned—every bite is packed with flavor and clearly made with care. The samosas were to die for: crispy, savory, and completely addictive.

The jerk chicken and nsima were unbelievable. The chicken was perfectly spiced, tender, and bursting with bold flavor, while the nsima was comforting and balanced the dish perfectly. This is the kind of place where you can truly taste the passion behind the cooking.

If you’re looking for incredible food that leaves a lasting impression, International Fuse Bar and Grill is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back!

Food was great. It was hot and flavorful! Service was also friendly and attentive. Price is a little high but portion was large and with the quality. We saw street parking but maybe there is a lot in back. Not busy on a Friday evening for dinner, hidden gem honestly.

This family owned restaurant and bar is outstanding. The food is fantastic - perfectly prepared and seasoned. I had tilapia - fresh, richly seasoned, tender and perfectly cooked, not too much or too little done. The collards, also perfect doneness and seasoning, flavorful, a bit spicy in just the right amount. The nsima was new to me but tasted like finely ground grits, just thicker, and were yummy. Beef and vegetable samosas were beautifully seasoned. Do not miss International Fuse Bar and Grill!

The food here is exceptional. We had stewed chicken with rice, tilapia with nsima, all seasoned beautifully - rich and complex. This is so worth going out of your way for, hard to find this level of quality. Don't miss it!

Welcoming and positive vibe. I ordered the goat meat with nsima and plantains. Goat meat was 10/10 season to perfection, so much flavor and tender. I will definitely be back. Don't sleep on this place.

This place sucks and very rude owner food is terrible got sick off of it ..some guy charged me $10 at door then latter find out they were charging everyone $5 ( I am of white skin maybe that had something to do with it)
