Amazing donuts! Try the croissants! They are so fire! 🔥 The coffee is good as well! It's fall now and they have a pumpkin cream cheese donut that is also to die for! Go give him a try you'll probably go back!

I ordered a dozen donut holes and they only gave me 12.

I got there right after 2:30 pm and there was no hot brewed coffee and hardly any bakery. The cannon roll was very good. Place seemed fun and was in a college area.

I've ordered from Jack's many times. After this experience, I am a lifelong customer. Today, Jack's called me to inform me that my delivery driver exhibited some nasty behavior by taking my food with them into the bathroom. It would have been easy for them to ignore it and let things be, but they took the time and the risk to call their customer to make things right. This is the sort of integrity that is hard to find these days and should be honored when it is found.

So happy we stopped into Jacks for a quick breakfast and coffee! We were greeted by two friendly faces that welcomed us into town. The donuts were fresh and coffee hot! We really enjoyed the thick glaze and blueberry filling!

For my followers, I know you've never seen a bad review. In fact, my husband and I have constantly brought attention to the many people that have gone above and beyond in their customer service. Unfortunately, today this will break our great streak. I will start off my saying we've been a loyal customer for years now. Usually, my husband will pick up our order. Today, since my husband is working late, I did. I pulled up to the windows like always and was going to just get an iced coffee and wait since it wasn't the time for pickup. Instead of getting the warm. Kind greeting I usually do, I was met with "you're just going to have to wait until 3:30." I was taken aback a bit because people have always been so kind. Then, my son had to use the bathroom. Thinking the store was still open, and the door was unlocked, I had to bring my son, who is secerely Autistic, and loud inside. Once again, I was met with rudeness. You're supposed to be waiting outside, she said curtly. At this point, I lost my cool explaining that my son was severely autistic and neeeded to use the bathroomnever had just rude customer service. Instead of apologizing, snd explaining the rules (apparently customer can't use the bathroom, why was the door unlocked?!! ) she again shouted off. My kids were very disappointed, but I left our order on the counter. I advise my all abilities families to steer clear. This really hurt my heart too.

Never open when they say, rude staff, tried 3 times. Won’t try again.

What a great little donut shop! We stopped in for the first time today and will definitely be back. The two working up front were really great, so friendly and helpful.
They have a kids table that our kids really enjoyed. On our way out, they gave them stickers too.
