Jack's Donuts of South Bend

I ordered very specific items according to the menu on door dash. What I ordered was not in stock and items were completely missing from my order. I had the order replaced through door dash. The store manager Aubrey called me back and lost her MIND because on the upper inside lid of the box, they wrote a note saying what I ordered wasn’t available and they hoped I liked their substitution choices. I did not like them. So instead of the manager apologizing and trying to correct their first assumed substitutions and missing items, she began to talk to me like I had done something to her and her family and hung up on me while I was still talking never confirming what items I actually wanted since she didn’t have what I ordered. She crazy as hell! I’ll be disputing the charge to my card immediately for this nasty food she decided she wanted to give me that wasn’t what I paid for then got mad at me because she assumed incorrectly. WOW! Yikes. Never again, and this was my first time ordering from them.

A female employee (she might be the one in charge) here at this bakery tried to tell me I could not get a donut while picking up my delivery, and to come earlier if I wanted to. Like they have to cook it or something😒. First of all, I have successfully completed over 20k deliveries and I manage my own time. If my delivery isn't until 20 minutes then I have given myself plenty of time to make my delivery which was 5 minutes away at Notre Dame. You worry about your employees instead, I don't work for you.

This happened after an employee had already sold me a donut and I was on my way out.

Solid donut shop. The sweet girl and her daughter were working this morning. I stopped in and had a coffee with a few different selections of their donuts. All were great. I recommend the strawberry cake donut.
