Been waiting just about a month for a refund. My husband accidentally made an order to this location which was the wrong one, never had this problem or waited this long for a refund before. Called about two weeks ago (3rd time calling) for an update and the manager got snappy with me telling me theres nothing she can do about it and its out of her hands but never gave me the contact information for the higher up to get this resolved. We were frequent customers of Jimmy Johns in South Bend but not after this experience.

Well it wasn’t a pleasant experience but it isn’t any wonder when management is putting stickers over hummus that was dated 9/16/24 & we are here on 09/21/24. Never again the hummus had turned.

Gave me completely wrong sandwich for two of them
This “sandwich” was a breadstick. Absolutely nothing inside. I wanted piles of lettuce and meat. The meat was so thin and mid. Please do better or just go to

One of the Best Jimmy John's in the area! Always super clean and freaky FAST service. Our PICK UP orders are ALWAYS accurate. The food is Fresh and Delish! Friendly staff that are super helpful!

Ordered delivery. Online showed order completed and 2 hours later received my order with bag of chips unsealed and wide open. Developed symptoms of sickness that evening from sandwich as I didnt eat chips. Reported to Health Department. Negative stars if

Ordered and had delivery to Frank Eck Stadium. Staff was nice and food came in about 20 minutes and the order was correct. This was very expensive for sandwiches though. It worked in a pinch and I would order here again.
We pre ordered the night before for 12:15pm pick up. It’s now 1:55pm and they said 8 people are in front of us.How do they not have extra staff or orders started on graduation day?We have 9 people, including the graduate, who have to eat before the 2pm ceremony!
Horrible experience! Would give less than 1 star if possible. Wanted to have a special Birthday lunch for a co-worker so a few of us decided to order lunch in. We placed the order at 9:32 AM. When we sat down to eat, the bread on all 4 subs was hard as a rock. They could bairly be cut with a Rada bread knife. A gal named Jonaziah took the order initially. We called back at 10:08 to let them know how awful the bread was this time speaking with a Miranda. Miranda put us on hold to "go find out what happened by speaking with Jonaziah. She then gets back on the phone and stated "So what do you want me to do about it"? We stated we needed to go talk with our coworkers to ask what their preference was and would call back. We decided on a refund so called back at 10:17 to ask for a refund. We ask for the name of the manager and was told it was Jonaziah and that she had just left the store. We explained the bread was hard as a rock and was assured it was made fresh this AM. When we explained how poorly we had been treated this entire situation Miranda then stated Jonaziah left nd that she was in charge now. Miranda stated "we will refund the card and it could take 3 days and that they wanted back the uneaten portion of all 4 sandwiches". We stated it was paid with cash. We were told that it would be 10 min for our refund to arrive. 30 minutes later our refund arrived. This being a different delivery person. He immediately made statements regarding the conversation that was held with both gals making statements like "our bread is made fresh daily and what to do to escalate the complaint". He hardly had enough cash to refund the money. Obviously there was a conversation at the store regarding our experience as he came in on the defense. I have video of the hard bread on all 4 sandwiches that I will post if needed or stop in store to show or would also be happy to share with any higher up who may consider correcting this awful situation. Our coworkers Birthday lunch was ruined and we were treated rotten. Shame on you!2/2/23 update: recieved no response from anyone at Jimmy John's! I have now included a video of my sandwich. I have video of all the subs we ordered showing the same quality (hard as a rock). Honestly I am more than disappointed at this point! ?
