Very rude employees. Was trying to give my order in the drive thru and they got very rude and I had asked for my sandwich to be cut in half and it was even on the receipt but was NOT CUT. I won’t be coming back to this jimmy johns.

I preordered a catering order the day before. I came in at 9:29 and was asked to leave because they don’t open for another couple minutes by one of the ladies. I walked in a little after 9:30 and they were just getting started on my order-super disappointed with this location. I can order subs for my customers at any place. There are so many options these days. The guy that handed me my order was very kind. So I appreciated that. Today’s date of Occurrence. 7/10/25

Had 3 sandwiches had literally one piece of meat on it and one sandwich had 2 small pieces that only was on about half the sandwich I payed almost 30 dollars for them... not worth buying food here...I have actually had one before with no meat at all had to take it back.. can't return these cause I only have 30 minutes for lunch you will get ripped off here... this is Friday May 2 at around 3:45pm when I got this horrible order...I am not at all happy with my food

Just stopped at the store on Portage Ave. In South Bend, IN
I am a long time Jimmy Johns fan. Even worked there for a couple years over a decade ago. This is the first time I have ever walked into one and been helped by such a rude individual. It was like it was a complete bother for us to be there, to ask for modifications on our subs, or to just communicate in general. Jenna was what my receipt said but I'm not sure if it was here because she wasn't wearing a name badge. I even tried to ask if she was okay and having a bad day and I got a really crazy look and more irritable body language. Won't be returning

Quite honestly I pulled off and went to McDonalds. The girl at the drive thru gave me no chance to order. Didn't ask what bread or anything. I took a 2 sec breath and she was Like your total is....I am so disappointed. Love yall normally.
