The gentleman who took my order was friendly and polite! A rare thing in customer service these days. My sandwich was, of course, delicious. I live closer to the Niles Jimmy John’s, but will continue to make the trip to South Bend.

I didn't go inside. So I have no rating to give for atmosphere. The drive thru seems quick and easy. Usually friendly. Never issues with my order. Eat there every Friday. Also like the fact that they use Helmans Mayonnaise and some Miracle Whip salad dressing. I've never had a Jimmy John's order I didn't appreciate or was wrong.

Vegetarian options: They have a lot of vegetables there that you can eat if you want to have a vegan sandwich or just a veggie sandwich is there
Parking: The parking is great you have room you can park at the side door or parking lot. Or you can do the drive-thru and keep moving
Kid-friendliness: I'm really kid friendly you can come in with your children or your kid and have lunch or dinner is a nice place
