Ordered 2 sandwiches and there were hardly no sauce. Fries were half full. Never again kfc

Horrible service. I enter the restaurant as soon as I reach the counter and no one is in line she tells me 15 minutes wait on the original chicken and she has outside 5 cars. She already made up her mind not to serve me. You're selling chicken! I didn't even order yet. I just walked out.

This location is terrible from the customer service to the food. They pulled me forward and made me wait (on my lunch break) then brought out food thats been sitting for a WHILE. When I called to complain she told me I need to take more time out of my day and come back for a redo but I have to have the old food. I shouldn't have to take time out of my day and do that! She was very rude and didn't seem to care about customer service at all. I don't even think I 'll go back at all! $9 down the drain cause I got it like that to give to these companies that are making millions a day.

I went into the restaurant and was ignored by the staff. The staff member look at me, went outside and came back in and got on her phone. No greeting, smile, or anything. Very unprofessional. Not to mention, only one of them was dressed in uniform. Another customer came in and they completely ignored them too. The customer service is poor, poor, POOR!

If I could give zero stars I would. We were told a fresh batch of chicken would be ready in 15 minutes. We ended up waiting nearly an hour for our food. When we got home to feast on presumably hot and fresh food, we were disappointed. The chicken was soggy and the fries and biscuits were stale. Terrible service and such a shame.

I ordered a sandwich. Chicken in Sandwich was refried. Stiff like a rubber.
Substandard of Food Quality of this Branch. Visiting South Bend Indiana from Chicago, Illinois. Really wasted the time and money ?. Won't try it again, give kfc 2nd chance. Still failure in food quality. What a shame.

We went through the drive through yesterday evening. We ordered and waited 20 mins for food. I thought it would be fresh so I was cool waiting. I opened the bags up and the fries in the cardboard containers where less than half way full and cold. I had such a long day I did not care to run the food back in there and complain so we took the food home. I definitely would not pay $30 for those portions again! We ordered 3 of the spicy chicken sandwich meals. We where sick as hell a few hrs later and into the next day. I hardly ever go to KFC. This was the first time in 5 years. I hope we feel better tomorrow. I can guarantee you I will not be coming back in the future.

They were kind of short when I got there. I went through the drive thru I was the only one there and it was slow service. And they sold me chicken that was old and burnt. They barely had enough chicken cooked for the 8 piece I ordered. And IDK how KFC works but I've worked for a couple different delis and we always did a small drop about an hour before we closed to make it through. Very disappointed with the quality and the service definitely won't be going back again.

The worst Kentucky fried chicken I have ever been Been to they park everybody they’re so lazy. You have to wait for hours to get your food. This is the worst Kentucky fried chicken ever in the world. they get no stars
I was one of two people in the drive thru. I took 15 minutes for me to get my food, and when that happened, my drink was also forgotten.
