My husband and I come here a lot and we have had a few problems eith the drive thru taking over a hour. I came tonight and V was amazing. Great attitude, professional, and fast. She got was getting my food packed as she was taking my order! Manager needs to know that how great V was!

Very Highly Disappointed – Needs Regional Manager Attention
I came here on a Friday night at 9:15 pm and had one of the worst customer service experiences. I was told that anything I ordered would take a 30-minute wait because it needed to be dropped fresh. After talking with my husband, we decided to wait the 30 minutes for the chicken. However, when I asked for original instead of crispy, I was told they couldn’t serve it because they had already started cleaning out the original fryer. I was forced to take crispy even though original was what I wanted.
This location is being completely unprofessional. If the store is open until 10 pm, then customers should be able to order until 10 pm. Employees should not be shutting down early or making up their own rules just because they want to go home early. Corporate, please do something about this location. Customers should not have to suffer and leave disappointed because of poor management and lack of professionalism.

We went to the drive through. I always check my order. I ask for fries instead of mashed potatoes. It's an upcharge. They gave me mashed potatoes instead of French fries. Glad I checked!

Horrible service. I enter the restaurant as soon as I reach the counter and no one is in line she tells me 15 minutes wait on the original chicken and she has outside 5 cars. She already made up her mind not to serve me. You're selling chicken! I didn't even order yet. I just walked out.

This location is terrible from the customer service to the food. They pulled me forward and made me wait (on my lunch break) then brought out food thats been sitting for a WHILE. When I called to complain she told me I need to take more time out of my day and come back for a redo but I have to have the old food. I shouldn't have to take time out of my day and do that! She was very rude and didn't seem to care about customer service at all. I don't even think I 'll go back at all! $9 down the drain cause I got it like that to give to these companies that are making millions a day.

I went into the restaurant and was ignored by the staff. The staff member look at me, went outside and came back in and got on her phone. No greeting, smile, or anything. Very unprofessional. Not to mention, only one of them was dressed in uniform. Another customer came in and they completely ignored them too. The customer service is poor, poor, POOR!
If I could give zero stars I would. We were told a fresh batch of chicken would be ready in 15 minutes. We ended up waiting nearly an hour for our food. When we got home to feast on presumably hot and fresh food, we were disappointed. The chicken was soggy and the fries and biscuits were stale. Terrible service and such a shame.

I ordered a sandwich. Chicken in Sandwich was refried. Stiff like a rubber. Substandard of Food Quality of this Branch. Visiting South Bend Indiana from Chicago, Illinois. Really wasted the time and money ?. Won't try it again, give kfc 2nd chance. Still failure in food quality. What a shame.
