This store is always clean and well kept. The store manager and two of their shift managers always go above and beyond at the portage rd kfc. If your craving kfc goto this location it’s the best one

Got the 12 piece chicken nugget meal. Asked for sauce and when got food at window outside I didn't get sauce I wanted so went inside and there were two people inside and no one watching the counter. The lady did give me the correct sauce and I gave back the wrong ones. No one was inside eating abd looked nice. They could be nicer and pay more attention what the customer says.

We ordered $51 worth of food got it home the potatoes, the gravy the biscuits are fine. The chicken was so overcooked and greasy that we could not even feed it to our guest and the manager at Portage Rd said there was nothing that they could do for us we would just have to take our receipt and email the company Sad because I got the phone number the 800 number and called them and they refunded us the money for the chicken said that a manager at a local place would not do that

The drive thru recording says order when you're ready, but the lady on the mic is a rude POS. I'm glad she showed me her colors before I ordered and ate anything from there. Maybe you should change the recording if you don't want people ordering when it's finished. If you struggle to deal with a polite customer like me, I'd hate to eat whatever you're cooking in there. Dueces.

Have been going for chicken every Sunday for a couple years now and service wasn't always good and it's anyone's guess what you're going to end up with in your order. Lately, we go there only to find out they're out of chicken ----- a chicken place out!! or don't have any white meat and what you get for dark just doesn't get it for a dinner.

Will never go to this KFC again. Waited literally 20 minutes for 4 wraps, 1 fry, and 1 drink. Everyone going through drive through was parked to wait. Then after 20 minutes of waiting they end up giving my food to the wrong car ?. So I go inside alittle mad and they got the audacity to get mad at me for being pissed at them for not only keeping me waiting that long, but then giving my food to the wrong car now making me wait even longer?! Ya I won't be returning

I just pulled away from this restaurant in tears. I tried to order lunch for my grandson and the woman on the drive thru could not hear what i was saying to her. I tried repeating it numerous times. I asked if I could pull up to the window where she berated me and denied me service. Saying I yelled at her and she didn't have to take that abuse. I have COPD and my breathing is very labored. I am physically incapable of raising my voice. We would have gone inside except that my grandson is in a wheelchair and getting him in and out of the vehicle is very hard on the both of us. I am appalled by the lack of customer service skills displayed by this employee and the lack of management presence when there clearly was an issue going on.

It's Sat night Ohio State vs ND game and only one other car waiting ahead of me that I waited 15mins just to get their order to tell me there is a 25min wait for chicken but they close in 15mins. Poor management, poor staff! It's one of the biggest football games in the country right now and you have enough chix for one order, one car.
