My order was pretty basic. 2 medium fries with extra salt and ketchup. 2 large sweet teas with no ice.
Ended up with 2 cold, saltless and soggy medium fries without ketchup. Ended up with 2 completely unsweetened teas and no straws.
The only things they really got right were the size of the fries, and the no ice. It's pretty impressive to screw up such a basic order. As someone who's worked the fast food industry before while simultaneously hating it, this is just pure laziness. I mean, is the bar now set so low to the point wherein I'm being 'entitled' for expecting a straw with a drink to-go?

This is thee worst McDonald's in south bend. This morning I woke up to a contract violation on doordash because I wound up spending over 30 minutes waiting on an order that shoulda been done ages ago there. That resulted in the order being 19 minutes late by doordashs delivery clock. I tried multiple time to ask the staff and manager about the order but was consistently ignored. From now on I'll be declining all delivery requests I see for this McDonald's and if you're a fellow dasher or other delivery driver reading this, I suggest you do the same.
