At the drive thru of mcdonalds, the service was so bad it was honestly unbelievable the worker couldn’t even understand the basic words “sweet tea” and the teenage boy with dreadlocks who was supposed to be helping her wasn’t tutoring anything. They were just standing there giggling, laughing, and completely ignoring their jobs while customers waited. And forgot our sauces when I paid extra for an extra sauce ? Unbelievable.

Most McDonald's have the do it yourself kiosk as does this one. Upon arriving there was someone behind the register so I thought they would wait on me...but no. They were settling an employee dispute and never even acknowledged me standing there so I finally placed my own order.

Very rude staff the lady at the front counter was very rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Food was decent but service was awful. Also waited over 10 minutes for one Bagel Meal.

This happened like a month ago. Septiembr 21th around 9:30 a.m send two family members to get our order and they first gave them someone's else order, then it took like more than 10 minutes waiting for them to fix the order. Then another 10 minutes for them to realize what was going on. (because they said they were trying to figure it out)By the time the manager arrived they finally refunded them the order because they could never have the order ready. This went on for more then 30 minutes just continously asking and just the staff telling them that they were working on the order. In intervals of asking every 10 minutes or so. I hope they can come up with being better at handling situations like these. This was for an order of 6 people but still I feel like the order was very simple meals to have ready.

The service at this location is terrible. The staff are rude, unorganized, and never get orders right. I waited over 20 minutes after being told to pull forward, and when a worker walked by I asked about my food, she rudely said, “Can’t you see we’re busy?” The manager came out later and admitted my order was given to someone else, then told me I’d have to order lunch instead. Every visit here has been disappointing — the workers act like zombies. Definitely not recommended. If I could give no stars I would!

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. They messed up my order, and then took forever to correct it. By the time I got my correct sandwich my fries were cold.
We went through the drive through at around midnight.....The food was excellent! McDonald's has the best fries.... EVER....but last night....they were....I mean I have no words!!! The burgers were perfect! And then there were the pies we got ....WOW.....just WOW! Keep up the good work to the late night shift!!!

Not a good choice, good to another location. Items not made right, attitude was given for waiting for all items to complete my order, and they still made the McDoubles without onions and gave me a Cone instead of a Sundae, but I left thankful to have what I had being that 3 others were waiting for other corrections.
