The Lincoln Way East McDonald's can have some off days where service sucks, likely due to understaffed crews and unqualified employees. But they generally get it right. Lunch is the most consistent in quality. Dinner and late night are generally a travesty.The inside and tables are always clean. Bathroom is always clean. Generally decent staff with the occasional bad apple.

Candice went out of her way to make our issue right !!! Couldn't get shakes when originally came thru drive thru and Candice wasted no time to fix that as soon as machine was fixed !!! Currently enjoying my Shamrock shake now !! Thanks again Candice and McDonald's you have a GREAT One working there !!!!

I did a mobile app to pick up in store when I arrived. The order was not ready. It should have been a basket of fries. We got a large instead order hot coffee. we got cold coffee and waited over 20 minutes for mobile pickup?

I'm a Uber driver my customer I was picking up for asks me to open up her bag to make sure the order was accurate so I tell the worker and show him the text message a manger and another older lady comes up yelling telling me that I can't open it getting disrespectful and gives me a thumbs down messing up my job because they can't do their job correctly. end up still missing the fries I'm glad I did check for that lady I was picking up for .if I didn't they wouldn't even got their fries. That manger that was on duty today should not be in charge can't even ready a message let alone a ticket

Waited in drive through while other line had its order taken. Then th next car in that line. I said hello and the guy said hold on hold on. Still no one asked for our order through the speaker. Then another vehicle pulled up into that other line and they got their order taken right away the line in our side was getting longer. So we went inside. The service was no better. This location is rude unorganized. It use to be better. Not anymore.

I'm a firm believer that it doesn't matter whether or not I complain about an experience at McDonald's nothing will change.They just throw coupons at me.But that doesn't change the reality.I drive away and find that I got the wrong drink in my cup.Or the burger was made wrong.The fries are terrible. No salt, and none in the bag...This place was fine. But meh.

McDonald's is one of those places you know will be there but you can't go there expecting really good for or your order to be correct and most times the service is severely lacking. My usual lowered expectations did not fail, mildly nice staff and order wrong, again. Not sure why a cheeseburger with only mustard and pickles is so complicated but, that's McDonald's, always there but never too good. The only reason I go back, fountain Coke!
The order was correct. Always a plus.
