I'm obsessed with this place.
Their banana splits are on point I swear. I defiantly recommend.

La Rosita is an absolutely gem of the west side of South Bend. Everything I’ve ever ordered has been delicious here, including the loaded nachos, paletas, all the way to the different flavored ice cream. My favorite is to order the yogurt parfaits with granola and fresh fruit.

La Rosita serves the community so well as a sweet retreat when you’re craving ice cream or just want to hang out with friends. I’ve been going here for years. Although lines may be long, staff works quickly to get everyone through!

So I called and asked if they had bubble gum icecream because I can’t find it ANYWHERE IN STORES. I’d say I have a sweet tooth, but that’d be a lie. I GOT SWEET TEETH! ALL OF EM!
I’m so addicted to sweet candy like flavors of icecream like bubble gum, birthday cake, cotton candy, that typa stuff! When I tell you it was so creamy, soft like, NO FREEZER BURN GOD I HATE FREEZER BURNED ICECREAM 😫😫😫😫😫
ANYWAYS : literally the best bubble gum icecream I’ve had in my ENTIRE LIFE!
Also, this could totally be my fault I’m not positive, but I asked for nachos with no jalapeños and it was literally just chips w cheese. I ASSUMED there was meat and onions you know the stuff nachos come with, but no it was just chips n cheese. I still ate them bc who wouldn’t but for the price I def assumed it came with more toppings. They actually might not even have other toppings I’m not sure. BUT OMG THAT ICECREAM THO!!!!!!! THIS GIRL IS UR NUMBER ONE FAN FOR THE BUBBLE GUM ICECREAM !!!!!!!!!!! cool as hell they are open until 10pm for when I need me a late night snack!!! Super cool.

had trouble finding a good corn without going all the way to Hammond! This is good and the staff are nice.

The cashier spilled all the sauce on my clothes and just laughed. They didn’t even offer an apology or do anything about it. Now there’s a stain on my clothes that won’t come out. I found what happened really disrespectful.

There's not one thing not to like here. Make sure to try the rice paletas & the flan ; soooo delicious. 🤤

I loved this place till I found a hair in my food-2018
I just recently went and the food is good but the customer service is not bad it depends on which lady makes your order, I just ordered a strawberries and cream and the lady seen this piece of cantaloupe and she didn’t take it out she just left it in my cup, which she doesn’t know if I’m allergic to it or not so that was bad. Also another time I went and I asked for a strawberries and cream and I specifically asked her to please avoid the bruised ones cause it was a lot of bad ones and she said “I’ll try” and she specifically put the bad ones in there.

I love this place!! The only ice cream that I can eat without trouble...lol

This place is by far my favorite.
I just absolutely LOVE their banana splits, yogurt parfaits, and fruit cups with dip.
I love the way they're set up.... Everything is just so friendly, bright, and enjoyable.
The staff have always been so respectful , patient and make sure every customer is taken care of accordingly.
They have seating inside and outside so there shouldn't be any worry that there isn't a place to sit because I assure there is plenty.
They have a selection of things to pick from.
They have great walking tacos, really good corn on a stick, AMAZING Mexican Popsicles, fresh fruits, mouth watering ice cream and a variety of other things also.
I would most definitely recommend this place for anyone and everyone.
