I wish they would get rid of Door dash and go back to having their own delivery drivers.

Door dash driver made a mistake and left a pizza behind. He drive all the way back to the Papa John's just to get it and deliver it. Papa John's and Door dash need to collaborate better to ensure the entire order is there when delivering several miles away.

Service during the day is great, had no issues as delivery driver. But at night, its a whole another story, wait time can be long. And worker's seem to have to much time on their hands. Its best if you go in, go in the day time

On August 30th around 10:30 pm, I went in to pick up my order. I had used my dough bucks and my order came out to $5.34. When I went in, I asked for plates, parmesean cheese, and red pepper. After being rang up, a blonde lady in braids said my total was $8.34. I didn't think too much of it at the time. I paid with my debit card and when I wasn't prompted for a tip, it seemed unusual because I always did previously. Then when I got to my car, I looked at my phone and realized the order should have rang up to $5.34 so I went back into the store and told the lady that I was charged incorrectly. She said it was because each packet of pepper and parmesean cheese is .30 cents. I told her I normally get those for free. She asked if I get them for free when the gm is around because they're really supposed to charge for those things. It didn't seem true to me, but it was late and I just wanted to get home. But the more that I think about it, it seems like I just got hustled 3 dollars and she tipped herself that extra money. That might be why I also didnt get a receipt. I hope a GM sees this and investigates how often this lady is doing it. There was a witness there too. It was another papa John's employee who had glasses and braids himself.

Got a stuff crust pizza. Cheese taste old or freezer burnt. A lot of employees just outside smoking vapes. Need to wear aprons. Not happy with this location

Called my order in 4 pizzas $85.00 Each pizza they asked what kind of crust I said all of them thick. The food arrived cold, over cooked and my personal small pizza was wrong. So I call the store and the guy was so rude. Tried to tell me a thin is their thick. No!!!! So I take my pizza back and he said he could give me store credit. For what??? I won't be back. How hard is it to make pepperoni,bacon onion??? Stood there arguing and finally a different guy came up and claimed he did a refund but it hasn't hity account yet. I should of went to pizza hut at least I know I get what I order!!! Very disappointed 😞

LEARN TO READ INSTRUCTIONS. Our pizza had 0 tracking and was instructed to hand me the pizza. Instead, I wonder where my pizza is and check the door 45 minutes later before I call to find my pizza laying on the ground outside. $35 for a frozen pizza I could get from the store. Managers here also suck and lie. Never got my refund for the last time my order was messed up. Kids running this place. Hope it gets shut down

No fault to the door dasher, but I ordered through the app. I received the order over and hour late, cold and undercooked. Not going to bother eating it or ordering again.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at Papa John's, I visited and was treated poorly by the staff. Despite being a loyal customer, I was met with rudeness, dismissiveness, and unprofessionalism.
No more pizza’s from papa johns!

I ordered online while I was at work and paid for delivery. Doordash picked up the order and never delivered it, called the person who was suppose to deliver twice with no answer. Called the store and the manager that was working was so very sweet and offered several options including remaking my order and sending it back out with a different dasher. It arrived hot and so quick. I appreciate the extra effort in making sure that my order made it to me and so prompt the second time. Thank you!!
