I ordered a pizza, wings, and the chicken Alfredo pasta. The pizza and wings were good, but the Alfredo needs work the sauce was runny and not much flavor.. I was very disappointed because I typically get this item and it’s normally delicious and today was garbage! Trash! Disgusting! Need to get it together for the prices people are paying this is unacceptable! If you wouldn’t eat it don’t serve it!

I've always had not so good experiences where Pizza Hut is involved. However, upon my kids request, we checked out this PH. And I must admit, I was very well taken care of. Everyone was great but the guy who stood out for me and my kids was Mr. Terrance! Great customer service, answered and assisted with my children's questions and request. Just an all around great guy! I especially enjoyed his smile and knowledge of the different pizza selections. It's always nice to have a well rounded and versed in their craft individual! Thanks for the experience Terrance!! We'll be back for sure!!

My husband and I went to the Pizza Hut on Portage Road in South Bend Indiana. A young lady helped us. Her name was KRYSTAL we really love her. She was very polite. She walked the food out to our car because of the kindness and the professionalism of her, we will make this Pizza Hut our regular Branch that we buy from please let her know that we spoke highly of her in my opinion she deserves a raise because of her cologne and her Customer Service skills. I give her six stars on a scale of 1 to 5.

My complaint is about the delivery service. I ordered a pizza and breadsticks and my order was cancelled by the drive assigned to deliver to my home. I called the store right way and they said the driver cancelled it. I call back to order number placed and they stated they have no clue why the order was Not delivered. I spoke with the manager and they will send a refund the next day. It very disappointing because I have been ordering for this store for 5 years or more. I have never had this kind of issue before. My food has always been good from here. Thank you to Night manager Antonio for helping me.
