I'm usually not one to go online and complain, but this is just unacceptable...When you spend good money for bad food I get a little upset! Ordered a cheeseburger combo, cheeseburger was soggy and cold, but the fries that were hiding at the bottom of the container, well they must have been from yesterday totally hard as a rock...Seriously!!! Come on Sonic you have to do better!! Tried to add the photos of them but oddly enough they won't let me!! HMMMM....

I really love sonic but today made me hangry...looking forward to a bacon peanut butter cheeseburger which mind you is the picture on the order screen. I order it and oh guess what??? We don't have it. We'll I ask why is it on your screen?? Because it's on all the sonic screens. Now I'm home and hangry......?

id honestly give everything a 0 if i could. the “manager” started screaming at me and my boyfriend after we complained that our food was cold (we also already had to go back because they forgot about half of our order). She then locked the drive thru window after screaming that she was going to punch my boyfriend in the face. they never ended up giving us a refund or food yet they took ALL of our food back. over $30 wasted as well as our time. don’t go here.
