i waited 20 minutes for my order of a iced white mocha before i lost my iish... i ordered ahead on app and order was suppose to be ready 2:12 .. i arrived and there were 7 people sitting around obviously waiting ... the counter was filled with dying drinks from people leaving before orders were ready ... i waited 10 minutes amd watched the drive thru and another barista chat about a funeral and not make any drinks .. another girl was trying to make drinks but looked lost ......read full review
This starbucks used to be efficient and friendly, now they are slow and rude. the last 3 times I've been I have waited over 30 minutes for 2 drinks, and once they put my drinks on the counter with no sticker on them and never told me they were there. The reason for the review is that while watching another customer struggle with/complaining about the long wait and rude employees, one of said employees literally threw his order in the trash. just straight up told him "if you...read full review
