I am a regular since they started the Sip club. They are usually pretty good with everything when I stop by. I'm sure they may have issues with staffing sometimes like all restaurants but I almost never have problems here.
Had to give a shout out to the Panera on Ireland road. I picked up an order Tuesday morning which had a small error. I didn't notice until I was about 25 minutes away. The manager went above and beyond to make it right. I appreciate the kindness and consideration. The staff here is always friendly, the restaurant is always very clean, and the food is fantastic! Thank you!!
