“Had to give a shout out to the Panera on Ireland road. I picked up an order Tuesday morning which had a small error. I didn't notice until I was about 25 minutes away. The manager went above and beyond to make it right. I appreciate the kindness and consideration. The staff here is always friendly, the restaurant is always very clean, and the food is fantastic! “Accidentally ordered from another location, and the manager (Jake) was so kind as to make the food for me at this location anyway, even with the modifications I had added in. Food was back out to me extremely quickly and service was excellent. Really made my night.“
“We ate here today with our two sons and two nephews. 6 of us total and the wait time was not bad at all around noon. Once we were seated, DeOnte was taking care of us, he was absolutely AMAZING! As I’m sure you can imagine, dining with 4 children is not always the most pleasant experience. But DeOnte’s service was fast, seamless, and his energy was so positive and contagious! The kids meals were out fast which I SO appreciated and he was on top of every bit of refills etc!“
“Honestly one of my favorite restaurants because you can eat very healthy and overall it's not that bad a price. Their produce that they use their salads is all fresh and not frozen, and is made to order. The portions are pretty good, and their lemonades and teas are so good! I wish you could get them in stores and buy them yourself but unfortunately you can only get them at the restaurant! I go there all the time!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options and if you want a meal that normally isn't vegetarian or vegan you can request that meal and take anything off and add other to make up for it with no additional costs.Dietary restrictions: Very easy to pick and choose what you would like to go into your meal.“
“Food was excellent! I had the lobster bisque soup and a berry and spinach salad. They serve the organic “Tractor” brand teas which I love. My only complaint is that the temperature of the restaurant was COLD and I ate super fast so I could leave.“
“My spouse and I are regular customers at this authentic restaurant. Our favorites dishes include not only house specials and gourmet meals but also any soups, seafood, pork, tofu, and eggplant dishes from the 2 Chinese menus. Staff are top notch and so are these high quality dishes. We love the food and staff so much that we eat both lunch and dinner at least 2-3 times a week!“
