Okay, so I used to think Taco Bell and I were DONE. ?♀️ Like, never again. But this location just totally redeemed the whole experience! ? The guy working there was SO nice and hooked it up with alot of items more than i ordered for wait i had to do ! ? #TacoRedemption #SecondChances ?
The cashier was so friendly and personable that not only did I want to take the time to review, I even took their receipt survey. She successfully upsold me on a drink option, as well. Taco Bells are generally the same B quality restaurant in terms of food, and that's what I go there for, but it was nice to have an absolutely star quality customer service experience.
The new third shift manager is so awesome. Totally a fresh breath of air compared to what night crews used to be like. She has a bubbly, super positive personality. She’s not rude. She’s extremely thorough and accommodating. She remembers faces. She’s very patient and the way she talks to her staff and goes out of her way to teach them things or retrain them, without being condescending or rude to them is super encouraging.
