As a home roaster for 7 years and (until recently) a staunch advocate of the home roasting supplier in Oakland...I think after just 2 orders I'm a convert to Theta Ridge. I'm in Indiana, but the speed at which I got my coffee and the new Behmor I upgraded to was astonishing to me. Less than 48 hours for both from order to arrival. I'm used to waiting 7-10 days from the other place. The beans are incredibly fresh, and have produced 3 great roasts so far: Honduran, Ethiopian and Kenyan. HIGHLY recommended.

I'm normally not a big decaf fan but the Theta Ridge decaf made with the ethyl acetate process is not only the best decaf I have ever had it it some of the best coffee I have ever had. Five stars and another "cup of joe" from me.
