Had an issue with the king crab leg amount we got that taken care of and just ended up switching to snow crab. Same cost, different weight and it was good as usual. My wife and I frequent there a lot.

They have a great fried catfish meal. The fries are crisp and hot. The giant TV screen is excellent and they have a couple good craft beers on tap.

Parking: It is always warm in the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: Kids can come.

Wheelchair accessibility: I believe it is accessible.

Bathrooms and windows need a deep clean. You can judge a restaurant by its cleanliness. Especially the bathrooms and windows. That shows interest and involvement in your place of business. Food is usually good. Standard crab chain.
