Not only did we have to chase down our waitress for three rest of our drinks, we watched 3 tables get seated, receive appetizers, AND their food before our table was served ours! AND THE FOOD WAS COLD!Asked for drink refills, didn't get them for close to 20 minutes. Then the waitress immediately brought to go cups and our checks. Never once coming by to see if our food was OK.This is the 3rd time I've been to a Wings Etc and been highly disappointed. I will not give them any more of my time nor money.

The Cowboy burger was excellent and the appitizers ( mushrooms and breaded green beans) were good to.Parking: I went during the week and there were plenty of parking spaces.

I love wings, it was super good! I love there bbq & loaded fries. This is my 3rd time eating with the company this being my best turn out. As other times I didn't feel like they had many options for wing sauce.

Always great food, hot and fresh. Yes, I have had issues with some food but told the server and the problem was fixed and fresh food was brought out.Montana, Missy, Tina, and the rest of the servers are always attentive and willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything is good.The atmosphere is always relaxed and fun. They never rush you during your visit.

Click on the pic to see the two halves of my wrap I received. I asked the waitress where the rest of it. She said, “I know!” If you’re hungry don’t order a wrap. It looked like they went to a smaller tortilla and are making wraps for kids only. Worst size of any restaurant I’ve ever been too. I order wraps a lot. Better than a burger any day. I was so disappointed that I told the server that would possibly keep me from coming back. I also got a beer that was completely flat. I asked her to take it back and give me a pop. When I said she can take that beer off of our bill, another lady said, I can’t do that. I just changed the keg and you’ll have to take a beer. I explained I was now drinking a non alcohol beverage and would not like to change. She said it’ll be on my bill. Not how you run a popular restaurant and expect the word to not get out about such terrible situations they’re willing to put the customer in. So sad. I’ve spent a lot of money there and not feel like it’s taken a deep dive into being not so good or respectful anymore. Look at the wrap in the picture. My finger is on top of the tortilla. Why would anyone think this is fine? Pressure to save money?

Wings could've been cooked couple minutes longer. Got a chicken sandwhich and chicken tenders. Both were raw. Best thing that came in the order was the coleslaw. I mean cmon wings etc! Use to be great and has fallen.

I came here two days in a row. First day, the guy bartender was nice and helpful. The next day, I came back at the same time, but the guy bartender was not there. The bartender came to my table and asked what I wanted to drink and then asked for my id. I told her it was in my wallet in the car, so I went and got it. When I walked back in, I witnessed her taking two drink order from the people who came in after I without asking for their id. She then comes to me and I show her my Alabama ID and she hesitated. Then proceeds to say, I guess you’re 21 but why do u have 2? I asked two what and she walked off. She was looking in my wallet seeing that I have my girlfriends id in my wallet as well. But why? And why does that matter? My ID is me and valid. She then made the two other people drinks before mine. Discrimination at its finest.
