The manager Syndee( I’m so sorry If I didn’t spell it right lol!) was super cool and super helpful , I needed help with my order and he didn’t hesitate very much appreciated and would definitely recommend him and his store location! A lot of managers are super strict and take there job over serious, but he is really kind! God bless him and the store!

After a long day of school, my kids were begging to go eat at wingstop. This was my first time ever eating here, and may i say, this has got to be one of the best food spots in all of South Bend. The food was very good, fresh, and the flavors intermingled very well. The workers were very nice and welcoming, and the atmosphere was great. Although they were busy, the food came out very quick, which is why i know this review deserves a 5 star rating.

Restaurant is delicious but when I went to use the bathroom after ordering there was a male worker walking out of the women’s restroom, and felt kinda odd and so I walked in there there was urine all over the seat and the door handle felt greasy. I never have a problem with this place good news I’ll come back. The drink station was also a little dirty but that was least of my worries.

I had a minor problem on my end on the app with ordering at the wrong location, I alerted them right away and they let me know they’d refund my order, slipped my mind and a couple weeks went by and I realized I hadn’t gotten my money back, so I called and very quickly the manager let me know to just come to the store and grab the cash amount if the refund hadn’t processed by the next day. The male manager who helped me finish the issue today (3/4 3:30pm) was overly nice and had no problem assisting me. He even upgraded my drink on the new order I placed today! This is my normal store I order from and it’s always great. You guys are doing great! 😁
