I don't easily get won over by a business and its services but CBC has proven what I desire does in fact exist. I am a history nerd to the extreme so their nod to the CCC history in the area is great. Their simplistic approach to decor is honestly refreshing in comparison to most places which overly decorate to overstimulate the senses. But to focus on the the most important aspect of the reason I leave this review, the food! The Civilian Burger is honestly one of the best burgers I have ever had. The bacon jam is honestly the best flavored bacon jam I have ever had. The combination on the burger itself was heavenly. The fries ordered crisp resulted in some of the best quality fries you can have. I was also able to sample the slaw they have which by the I REALLY need the recipe for because it has to be the best slaw I have ever had! The slaw has to be some of the best I have ever had but you must try it! 100% this place is the place to try if you are in the area!“
