Sierra took care of us last night. She is one of our favorites. Always smiling, always pleasant. Very personable. Takes great care of us. She is one of the reasons we enjoy dining at Hilltop.
I was with a party of 13 on Friday evening August 2nd, my daughter was in from Florida. The food and service was good, but at the end of the meal as we were leaving the witness came out of the kitchen with a big tray of food and one of the plates fell off the tray and splash all over me. No one bothered to say I'm sorry or anything or offered any compensation.
It's not the same as it use to be. We also bought a gift card and had a long wait to get that because the cashier didn't know how to fill one out (paper gift cards just FYI).
