I like this place a lot. This was my first poor experience. They are in a need server help situation right now. We waited 20 mins without being greeted. The folks in front of us left and we followed a few minutes later. The host came over once and sat a group, then she proceeded to get their drink order and finally was taking their food order while a dozen or more of us stood at the door waiting. I'll go back. They're worth another chance. The food is excellent.
Great place, had really amazing BBQ and was not to busy. Service was good as well.
Rumor has it, that the establishment is under new management and has really turned itself around and become a special small town gem, right there at the I70 off-ramp. So I had to check it out myseIf, and I'm happy to report that the rumors are true. If you're in the mood for some smokified goodness, there's really no better place in the 812 area.
