Hours online do not match with actual hours. Sick kid wanted ice cream online says opens at 10. Get in drive through at 1005 nothing. Go around to the door to see a sign that says 1030. So we went and got ice cream from chick fil a. If you are posting hours online at least make sure they are correct!

The staff here should receive better training, for example, when using paper beverage trays, two stacked beverage trays should be used to support the weight of four cups of beverages. This is obviously ignored by most employees. The paper beverage trays in the store are of poor quality. For a deliveryman, the quality of the tray is not enough to support the beverage to the customer's home, and the beverage will be spilled, or the beverage will fall off the tray to the ground when being held. This responsibility should not be borne by the deliveryman

Wheelchair accessibility: We saw two tables that were wheelchair accessible, and there is accessible parking. I don't think the bathroom is accessible, though. The aisles are a bit narrow, but managea ble.

I used a "Buy One Blizzard Get Another For $1.99" coupon to get a butterfinger blizzard and an Oreo Fudge Brownie Blizzard. Both were good, but I prefer the second one. That's one of my favorite blizzards, though it can be hard to pick a favorite with so many good blizzards out there.

Extremely long line. The wait took forever , ordered a blizzard and it was the most crunchy ice cream I've had i was afraid my teeth would chip. And no I'm not that old . Not sure what extra ingredients they added but wasn't right.

Been on a cross country tour and stopped at many DQs. These are the smallest portions I've ever seen. I'm not looking for oversized portions just what what we've seen across the country. Maybe their having a bad day but would think twice in stopping for ice cream.
