There customer service is horrible. Karen should never work with customers. Her service and attitude is horrible. She served my food as if she was slopping the hogs. My food thrown in the plate and didn't even receive a full portion.. you can do better Panda express

Like going here whenever we visit Terre Haute, but last visit found out they've swapped drive thru to AI taking the orders. It was frustrating to use and I hate not talking to a person. Getting the food itself was fast afterwards but the chow main was burnt. Now I don't think I'll ever go back.

We use to go once a week then the food changed and not for the better. The chow mein has so much cabbage that's all you taste. Tonight was so bad it drove me to write this review. We ordered a bowl with noodles and orange chicken. We got 50% noodles and 50% cabbage and celery. The kid dishing up the chicken kept shaking chicken out of the ladle until we barely had any at all. I've never seen them do that before. I know they're trying to increase their profit margin but in the process of doing that, they lost a customer. Seems a little profit is better than no profit.

Prices are very high compared to other Chinese restaurants in my opinion. But they have me addicted to the Spicy Sesame Shrimp and Beef. I think it might be a limited time thing, but I hope not.

Their food here is just okay if you're looking for something pretty quick when you walk in it's all premade. This time we only went through the drive-thru and got drinks. We had two people in front of us in the Drive-Thru and they were extremely slow.

Apparently they don't train anybody on how to properly cook the food because sometimes you go in and your noodles are so overcooked. They're impossible to eat and sometimes you get practically uncooked chicken. This place is a joke and should be ashamed to call itself edible food I never like to leave bad reviews but the last several times that I've eaten here it has just been terrible The chicken is always always chewy and rubbery. The noodles and the rice are never seasoned. Almost always overcooked and dry
This was my first visit to Panda Express. The food was delicious! I had the Orange chicken it was spicy and sweet. I also tried the String bean chicken. Garlicky and saucy. Both were a first try for me and I loved them! I used the app to order and picked up in the drive thru. Service was fast and the lady that served me was very nice. I will be going back!
Update! A friend and I ordered again because we had such a good experience the first time. We were both sorely disappointed. Maybe because we ordered at 9:00 pm and they close at 9:30. My beef and broccoli was horrible. It tasted like burnt pot roast. I also tried the chow mein, never again! Dry noodles and flavorless. My friend had the Spicy crispy shrimp & beef bowl and the beef was hard like jerky she couldn't chew it! The shrimp was soggy and the green beans in it were hard and COLD like they were put in the bowl out of refrigerator! We both threw out our whole dinners! I complained online but never heard back. So they get a bad review. I'm mad I paid for these meals and went to bed hungry! Grrrr 😡
