Good, typical Mexican restaurant food and menu. Service was fine. The atmosphere was a little run-down. We were seated very close to the restrooms, the entrance to the kitchen, and the servers' prep area, which wasn't great. All in all, a decent place for lunch.
The food was delicious and very flavorful. I ordered the pollo la isla and my husband had the burrito bowl. They both came with so much meat. The wait for our food was very short and our waiter was friendly.

It was way to loud in there, the music was competing with the people, to see who was louder. We decided to get our food to go. Pretty decent food. About on par with other Mexican restaurants. If I go back, it'll only be to get a to go order. I don't like having to yell at the people across my table, for them to hear me. Once we told the waiter that we wanted our order "to go" it's like we didn't exist anymore, until he brought our bags to us
