They offer a variety of sides and are praised for their portion sizes. The 'Sweet Heat' sauce is a customer favorite, so much so that one customer bought a bottle to take home. However, there were some issues with customer service during one visit, as the staff seemed uninterested and unresponsive. Despite this, the sauce and the kindness shown to a young customer were highlights of the dining experience. The parking lot has recently been upgraded. Overall, Rick's Smokehouse & Grill offers great BBQ and a pleasant dining experience, but there is room for improvement in customer service.
