Love the new Shack! Same old favorites with an upgrade in atmosphere and new food choices.
Walked into the Shack with my fiancé and two children. Got seated in the bar. Assumed the evening was slow and sections were cut. I walk around the double doors and see multiple families in the open seating area next to the buffet.
Our waitress was more concerned about serving her friends/co-employees in yhe booth behind us... Waited on spaghetti for almost 20 mins. By the time our drinks were needing refills, our server walked pass our table 3 times before us having to stop...read full review
My wife and I stopped in for lunch and the service was great. we tried a smash burger and a Philly cheese steak. The dessert cookie skillet was awesome 💯
