This location loves to overcook the pretzels. I go often to check for a snack and it's always full case but overdone! Nobody wants that. I have to drive to downtown for better food.

UPDATE: Thank you for the reply. I did ask an employee about the cream cheese. I was told that it is bought from either Wal-Mart or Gordans. Real cheese sauce is at Culvers. But thank you for your professionalism.I'm just really disappointed in the quality of Ben's. It's almost all artificial, especially the condiments. The cheese isn't real nor is the cream cheese. They store brands that have extra ingredients in it. Companies use these fake foods to save money. I've tried the cheese and like another person said it tasted like plastic. It's disgusting b/c it's not real. The cream cheese is this weird off-white b/c it's not full cream cheese. It's pumped with preserves and artificial stuff. I question the pretzels. I think I'll just stick with Annie's even though it's more of a pain to get.

I almost always have a good experience at this location. Today I was served the worst pretzel ever. I ordered a jalapeño and cheese. The cheese tasted like plastic. The pretzel was extremely chewy and very hard in other spots. Tasted like that fan sitting all day. I will think twice before ever coming to this location again.

I love bens pretzels especially the pretzel dog. Stopped today while my wife and I were doing some shopping. The girl at the counter was extremely rude and short with the lady in front of me that asked a couple questions and then was extremely rude to me when I ordered so I told her never mind and left.As a business owner I'm not going to leave a 1 star rating over one bad experience but someone needs to know how she's treating customers

This location stands up to the Ben's pretzals ! They are amazing large fluffy pretzals .The location around the square used to have this same standard but at this point does not .I have tried their many times over the past year and their pretzal are small and not fluffy .so good job to this location !
