Disappointing experience. The service was good but the food was not. Bacon wrapped scallops, bacon tasted old. Ribs tasted old and the shrimp was not good.
My wife and I met in Valparaiso, IN for a puppy handoff before the 4th and decided to grab dinner at Kelsey's. We are so glad we did. It is an upscale dining experience with a casual feel. We decided to each get a different entree and split them. Megs ordered the Bourbon Glazed Salmon and I the 7 oz. Filet. We cut each in half and shared. Good Lord both were absolutely amazing!
