The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better...read full review

Food was ok.
Place was pretty filthy inside ... booths had food on tables and seats, trash under booths and on floor, ketchup dispenser area had a mess w/ just a few cups, had to push trash into bin because it was so full.
Not busy ... no more than 4-5 people dining in at 4:30 pm
What a shame ... used to be a good place to go. Waitresses were amazing and friendly. Now its just a kiosk and having somebody drop a bag of food, yell your name, and disappear. Then your left...read full review
