I almost always have a good experience at this location. Today I was served the worst pretzel ever. I ordered a jalapeño and cheese. The cheese tasted like plastic. The pretzel was extremely chewy and very hard in other spots. Tasted like that fan sitting all day. I will think twice before ever coming to this location again.

I love bens pretzels especially the pretzel dog. Stopped today while my wife and I were doing some shopping. The girl at the counter was extremely rude and short with the lady in front of me that asked a couple questions and then was extremely rude to me when I ordered so I told her never mind and left.As a business owner I'm not going to leave a 1 star rating over one bad experience but someone needs to know how she's treating customers

This location stands up to the Ben's pretzals ! They are amazing large fluffy pretzals .The location around the square used to have this same standard but at this point does not .I have tried their many times over the past year and their pretzal are small and not fluffy .so good job to this location !

This quick stop has been nothing but positive. The employees smiles are as warm as their products. Food is always fresh and beyond delicious. Sometimes I will stop by Walmart just for a Pretzel and a friendly hello. Whenever I hear, Have a Pretzel Day it sticks in my head!!

Warm and fresh. If you are looking for an awesome pretzel - you have to try Ben's. There is one that is downtown on Lincolnway for a home town, cozy experience as opposed to a Walmart. But if you happen to be at Walmart and want a quick bite, they are a great option as well. Both are super tasty.

I went to get a pretzel about 30 minutes before close, the worker told me one second and let me stand there for a good 6 minutes before she came to help me. She was too busy making more pretzels to stop for 1 minute and help me order. I almost was gonna walk away. Not good service at all.
