The biscuits and gravy definitely have changed. You used to get chunks of sausage and now it’s crumbled pieces in there now and the gravy got way darker too! Another place who went cheap with their ingredients! I’m definitely better off ordering this somewhere else or making it myself!!

It seems like everytime during 11am breakfast, on Saturday that there's a long wait and the restaurant isn't full. The way you can hear the woman cook talk to the waitresses was disgusting and unprofessional. I feel bad for the staff, they need better management. Better management will help them keep employees and have the proper help they'd need, especially on a weekend. Bad management = No help = empty restaurant.

Skimping on the food. When a man goes out for breakfast, especially Bob Evans he is looking for something memorable. I dined in and ordered a 3 egg breakfast. When my plate came they had covered my hashbrowns up with the piece of ham that was nothing to brag about. The amount of hash browns would have barely covered a muffin top. Very disappointed in my choice to eat at the world famous Bob Evans. If it was a senior meal it would have been a disappointment as well.
It was a memorable breakfast only in I won’t forget how Skimpy it was.

The breakfast sausage gravy has been changed. It tasted like a basic brown gravy with sausage added which I'm not convinced was their brand. The waitress verified that several items have changed. The bathrooms were out of paper towels and there was toilet tissue scraps all around the floor. We won't be back and I will make Bob Evans sausage gravy at home.

Love my biscuits and gravy. However, my Skillet breakfast was nothing but potatoes and gravy. It was disappointing

Went here yesterday for breakfast. The first time they brought my food there was a black hair in my eggs. They remade everything and came back. Then my chicken sausage was ice cold. The waitress even said “oh I’ll let them know. It looks like they didn’t cook them all the way.” Remade it all again. Sadly I won’t be back to this location.

My husband and I was there last week and both of us had breakfast. With in 20 minutes I started getting sick to my stomach, I ask him how he was feeling he said his stomach was bothering him. We got home, I ended up in bathroom. Thanks. Won't be back. I don't need your auto response for my bad experience.

We got there at 11:00 and we didn’t get our food. We left without food. It took 40 minutes to get our appetizer. Worst experience at Bob Evans.

I recently had an awful experience ordering from Bob Evans in Valparaiso through Uber Eats, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. I placed my order, expecting it to arrive in about 35 minutes, but after only 25 minutes of waiting, I received a message saying my order was canceled due to "limited items." While I understand supply issues, it was incredibly frustrating to be notified just 10 minutes before delivery time—way too late.

I decided to call the restaurant to get some clarity and spoke with Debbie, who informed me that they had a limited menu. I told her I completely understood, but I had ordered four meals and received no credible explanation as to why the cancellation happened. I asked to speak with the manager, and after waiting another 5 minutes on hold, the line just went dead. I called back, hoping to at least get the manager’s name, but all I got was more poor customer service. It’s clear this restaurant has no regard for customer satisfaction or integrity.

It's truly disappointing because Bob Evans is a well-known staple in the community, but after this experience, I wouldn't waste my time or money here. No customer should ever be treated like this. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to eat.

Honestly, I was thrilled with delicious food and terrific service! We had dinner for 2, turkey and dressing and the fish dinner. A cup of chili with fixings first. I wish I'd taken a picture. We had a wonderful Monday evening dinner out and still were in and out in 45 minutes.
