Crumbl - Valparaiso

A place that has food being baked should not be dirty, it should be clean and well sanitized. There are dirt marks all along the wall and the counter had leftover food on it. The worker also handed me my cookie with dirtied gloves, and then proceeded to use the same gloves to make more cookies. The cookie is delicious of course, but an establishment selling food should be taking the necessary steps to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.

2/5 experience every time i come in here. i normally don’t write reviews for any places i go but the past few times i came into crumbl (two times this month) the front desk and floor area is very dirty and grimy. the floors are filthy and there are shoe prints, fingerprints and dirt on the walls. it is obviously that they do not clean very often or as good as they should. the staff is also not the friendliest depending on who’s working that day. i do not enjoy coming here anymore when i’m craving a sweet treat. it needs to be more clean and a friendly environment.

This location never fails to impress me! The cookies are always made to perfection and they are presented so well!

Dietary restrictions: I’m lactose intolerant so I pooped in the crumble cookie box and gave it back to them and ordered I free one because I didn’t order poopy btw my kid lives in the mixer and poops on the cookie dough.

There was frosting all over the box and the “drizzle” from the cookie leaked onto the other cookies and when I said it didn’t look as advertised the girl was like well that’s just what happens. Will not be coming back
