Crumbl Cookies has quickly become one of my favorite dessert places, and for good reason. The first thing that stands out is the variety. Instead of offering the same flavors year-round, Crumbl rotates its menu every week, which makes every visit feel exciting. There is always something new to try, whether it’s a classic chocolate chip cookie, a rich brownie-inspired flavor, or a creative cookie based on a popular dessert.
The cookies themselves are huge and thick, making them perfect for sharing with friends or family. They are usually soft in the center with a slightly crisp edge, creating a texture that feels fresh and homemade. The toppings and decorations are also impressive. Many cookies are covered with frosting, candy pieces, fruit, or other ingredients that make them look almost too good to eat.
Another thing I enjoy about Crumbl is the presentation. The pink box has become iconic, and opening it feels like unboxing a gift. The cookies are arranged neatly and look exactly like the photos advertised online. The stores are typically clean and modern, and watching employees prepare cookies through the open kitchen adds to the experience.
However, Crumbl is not perfect. One downside is the price. The cookies are more expensive than what you would find at most bakeries or grocery stores. While the large size helps justify the cost, it can still be difficult to spend several dollars on a single cookie. Some flavors can also be extremely sweet, sometimes overpowering the actual cookie flavor. If you do not enjoy rich desserts, certain cookies may feel too sugary.
Despite these drawbacks, Crumbl delivers a fun and unique dessert experience. The constantly changing menu keeps customers interested, the cookies are high quality, and the presentation makes each purchase feel special. While it may not be an everyday treat due to the price and sweetness level, Crumbl is definitely worth trying for anyone who enjoys cookies and wants to experience creative dessert flavors. Overall, I would rate Crumbl Cookies 4.5 out of 5 stars for its variety, quality, and ability to make dessert feel exciting.

I LOVE this app and its desserts! They are so good! Love all the flavors and their my favorite place to go to for a sweet treat!
I placed an online order so I could run and pick up my cookies during my lunch break. I got to the store about 25 minutes later. There weren't any other customers there and when I walked in it took about 3 minutes before anyone even addressed me even though there were 4 employees within 15 feet of me talking amongst themselves. An employee asked if I was picking up an order and I said yeah, and gave him my name. They hadn't even started working on it. Then I had to wait about 10 minutes for him to get my order together. I took the cookies home to my kids and they were all rock hard. This is the second time the cookies were rock hard from here. Almost $50 for a dozen cookies and they expect a tip, but the cookies were shit, and so was the service. Definitely won't be back.

I want to start this off by saying the food was great and the staff working the front was very kind - I left this location feeling extremely unsettled.
Walking into this location to pick up my order, I can already sense tension between the staff bringing out orders and the Manager. There was a staff member clearly doing their best navigating the orders and the manager continued to grow impatient with them. During my time there, not once did they begin to offer assistance, but instead began to publicly humiliate them by their tone and lack of help. As the employee walked an order out this manager even went out of their way to scoff under their breath and roll their eyes. As the employee returned, the manager's attitude continued, no help was offered and now there was not only me, but about 6 other customers in the store witnessing this hostility and overall lack of leadership.
Not once have I ever felt inclined to leave such a review, but due to such unwelcoming and awful treatment to the staff I can’t leave this unsaid
