It took 45 minutes for us to get a milkshake and a concrete mixer and they did not even apologize to us even after admitting they forgot to bring it out to us
I was about ready to cry just from how long it was taking because I had a long day at work and apparently a milkshake in under 45 minutes is too much to ask of this restaurant
I've written about this before. The mashed potatoes are never hot. The potatoes i got yesterday were absolutely cold. If this happens omce more, I will not ever eat at a Culvers again. Never had this issue with any other Culvers, only the store in Valparaiso, IN. This is,the reason for my low ratimg
I live nearby this Culver’s and visit it frequently. I also walk around the neighborhood with my dog and pass in front of the store almost daily. When it snows they never shovel the sidewalk that runs parallel to LaPorte Avenue. This is annoying and dangerous. It’s a tiny strip of walk between two businesses to the east and 1st Source Bank to the west, all of which keep their sidewalks cleared of ice and snow.
