They got my order completely wrong , the food was cold. The person who answered the phone was completely rude when I mention the order was wrong. I hope I don’t get food poisoning from here .

My first time going there, the people are very nice and got my coffee out quick but in all honestly, they don't know how to make coffee. My ice coffee isn't drinkable and idk if they didn't hear my order but my coffee wasn't made right.

I went to this Dunkin today to pick up donuts for two of my classes who earned them (it was for tomorrow). I wasn’t going to be in so I had to get them a day early. The manager (I assume) was so incredibly nice. He asked if I was a teacher and gave me a really great deal. Little did he know that I was picking them up early because my mom was admitted to the hospital with a possible heart attack, and I didn’t want to let my kiddos down tomorrow by not having them. He even offered me one of their Halloween buckets. He has no idea how much this little gesture helped me when I was in the verge of tears and going through something.

I will never be back! Ever! I tried this location, because I could NEVER receive my order in a timely fashion at the Portage location on 6 either, EVER. I only order one drink, a cappuccino blast. Out of curiousity, I went online to see how long it should take and the process it takes to make this drink. At a snails pace, TWO MINUTES! I waited twenty minutes in line plus five minutes behind the cars in front of me this morning. Everyone received their orders ahead of me accept guess who? me, I was told to pull up and they would bring it out, furious at this point, but hid it well I proceeded to the front where I parked ......waited, and waited and waited some more!!! no one, no drink, nothing. I left without it after seven minutes $6.42 down the drain, and they can keep it, it is the last they will ever get from me again.The service sucks at all of these locations, at least the effiency for that matter. Guess I will find something cold at Starbucks to like instead.

This place is completely awful. I waited at the drive-thru for a long time before anyone even took my order. When my order was taken they were rude. I ordered a coffee. It was not busy. There was one person there besides myself. The guy ahead of me waited for like 20 minutes And when I finally got to the window I sat there for a long time also. No one came to the window to say it'll just be a moment or anything. There's plenty of staff just sitting around or doing nothing so I left. I don't know who's running this operation but they need better people.
