I went here yesterday afternoon and went through drive thru and ordered an ice coffee and a dunkin wrap. Got up to window and the lady hands me my iced coffee and then tells me to pull to front of store to wait for wrap but I told her that there was nobody behind me. She then gets nasty with me and tells me that I'm obligated to move to the front of the store so then I tell her again that nobody is behind me and she tells me the same thing that I'm obligated to move to front of store. If this happens again with this lady I will be taking to manager.

They honestly should have left this location closed. It is hands down the worst Dunkin I’ve visited. I’ve given them so many tries but they never get the drink right. The training of these constantly rotating employees is awful! I’m done spending my money here. Hopefully Google lets me upload the picture of this half full drink they just served me.

I wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt but after 4 terrible visits I think it’s time to share my 1 star review. My coffees I order ahead on the app and they are somehow wrong even though there’s nowhere it would have been a miscommunication. And when I did order at the drive through the cashier started yelling and getting upset that I handed her a 20. This last time my coffee had little black cloth like bits in it so I had to throw it away. I’ve called to try and get it sorted but no answer from management. I do NOT recommend going to this specific location.

In drive-thru, had this very nice lady help me pick out a Latte coffee, almost done with order when very thick accented owner told her to step aside and took over and started asking me to reorder, i got confused, I said "she just took my order" "yeah and now she's busy"...after an odd interaction. I left without ordering bc he started to get an attitude. Like, you obviously hired others to deal with customer services bc you're terrible at it yourself!

Ordered two donuts--a blueberry for my daughter and a strawberry frosted with sprinkles. The cashier pulled the blueberry from right behind her but went to a different place for the strawberry (even though there was a tray right behind her). When we got back on the road, I bit into the strawberry and discovered that it was inedible. The donut itself was a doughy mess, and the frosting tasted like strawberry flavored paste. The rest went into the trash. My daughter insisted that the blueberry was fine and offered me a bite. Even though the blueberry donut was delicious, I would not eat here again.
Great service and quality of drinks, food, and doughnuts. Small little place with long drive thru lines. Sometimes better to go inside if picking up up online orders.

What are you doing to the cold brew?! It was so good at one time. Today it tasted like burnt, cold coffee and I have a stomachache. Do it right. Dude at the window had no personality. ?
