Absolutely amazing! Such good flavors with everything. Super clean. Good vibes. I dont live around here but this is going to be my new spot anytime I come to valpo. I loved every bit of that place.

Decided to come in on a whim since I drive by every day, and have not stopped since. I’ve tried a new drink every time, and I’ve yet to find one I don’t like. Staff is very helpful and friendly as well

Island Nutrition is one of my favorite places for drinks out here! Would rather go here than to other places like Starbucks. If you’re looking for something good, I LOVE the organic cookie crunch (with extra cookie, and a scoop of GetLean, of course)
The owner is so friendly and he is always working hard to make this shop amazing. They also offer lots of other things like meat, salsa that was made by a local school teacher, and PB protein bites. They also have energy shots for wellness and smoothies to grab on the go. It’s worth the price you pay for a sweet yet healthy treat. Will come here time and time again whenever I’m in the Valpo area!

I had a WONDERFUL experience with both Maddy and Kiley serving me, they were both so helpful and knowledgeable with the nutrition, Maddy really took the time to explain the menu and gave awesome recommendations, Kileys bubbly personality made my experience unforgettable!!! I will definitely be back!!!

It is my new favorite place for a refreshing drink. The strawberry acai is a perfect morning starter. The owner and his worker are very police and attentive. I just love this place.

I love this little quaint, little and delicious smoothie shop! There’s a space outside to enjoy your drink! 🥤 Oh and much more than just smoothies! Homemade Salsa, Honey, homegrown frozen beef, protein bars etc…

Lovely little local shop with a wide variety of products. Customer service is always pleasant and helpful. I’ve had the Banilla, Skinny Delight, and PB&Jam and all three were excellent. I want to try more but I keep going back for the Skinny Delight! Simple but so delicious. Definitely will keep going back and spreading the word.

Always greeted with a big smile and kind greeting. My son spilled part of his smoothie once and the young man was more than helpful in cleaning it and even offered to make a new one.The smoothies we’ve tried so far are delicious as well. We will be long time customers!

Owner takes pride in the ingredients offered and it shows. Stopped by on a whim and I'm so glad I did. Absolute deliciousness at reasonable prices for what you get. I only regret not finding this gem sooner.

Back in January, I had a major jaw replacement surgery. Island Nutrition was what I drank for several weeks and played a huge role in my recovery journey. I definitely had my favorite protein shakes, but can also say there wasn't a shake I didn't like! I cannot express how thankful I am for this local business! The owner was so kind every time I stepped through the door. He genuinely cares for each person's well being. One of our friends stopped in to purchase a gift card for me. The owner had inquired about the card because a few others had been in to purchase cards for me as well. She shared my story and he matched it! This will definitely be a local business our family continues to support!

I got the meal replacement shake. Vanilla Berry Parfait** sooo good!!The tea I got was forbidden fruit!Super nice guy working! Definitely recommend you try this!

Im an avid crossfit and this place is my go to a couple times a week for an amazing fruity tea thats packed with vitamins and energy and a delicious, hearty protein shakd after. They also have meat selections from a local farmer, preworkout products, protein forumlas you can take to go, and so much more. They even have protein coffee! I recently got sea moss from there. Highly recommend! I love this place.
