Now I ask for signature hot and bbq I literally asked for extra sauce and the cashier told me of course I’ll make them how I like mines . Now look at my pictures there is no sauce in the hot and barely bbq. I tried calling no one picks up. They had customers coming back in the whole time I waited for my food cause they was messing up orders. 2:/6/24**The food is usually good! Never fails my order missing or calculate it wrong!Their service is horrible & manager (women) non-apologetic ?.Usually when the manager Mario(manager) is there, things run much smoother however, this particular day . I really had to take a deep breath and keep my composure.Two people on break, manager dropping chicken, front cashier multitasking confused & doing the best he can as manger yelling out instructions ? to him. The takeout individual just taking orders.No structure of order and customers just coming in as I waited over 1/2 hour. And the woman manager just yelling out from back “they’re have to wait” ?Personally as manager, I would have asked my other two employees whom were on break to please come in and jump in and take their break later. I would compensate them for jumping and taking care of customers.Mario we missed that day ?

Unfortunately, this place has really ran downhill..Got a 12 piece bone in wing from DoorDash and moments later my stomach was so upset!! Till the next day! The amount of breading that is on the wings is ridiculous and the wait for food is just god awful! My sister also got really sick a little while back, and I should’ve trusted her judgment! Never ordering from this location again! Not to mention, you guys are way too overpriced!

Dear GM, please stop charging 25 cents for water. You are having employees put in a charge for a condiment for the water and it's not right. Popeye's makes enough money that you can take on the cost of some cups and lids. Please and thank you.

Pulled up to Drive-Thru to order at 9pm, no one ahead of us or behind. Took a minute to decide what to order. When we stated we were ready to order, the cashier aaked us to circle the building & pull back up to the window so they could reset their order timer.. what kind of customer service is this? Needless to say we left & will not be back. I don't blame the poor guy trying to do his job & more afraid of keeping orders to a minimum wait so he isn't in trouble with his boss but what kind of customer service is this?
