The food is excellent, as is the staff. However, GO IN PERSON. There is a link to a web page. The page is fraudulent; the restaurant has no website, nor does it have a FaceBook page. Do not order online. Police reports have been filed.

Had gone here numerous times before, but today was the worst! Construction workers, who were filthy, handed out water and chips. Server took forever to take my order, but food was good. No straws or silverware were set out and I had to get my own to go box. Then I went to pay, price on ticket was more that was quoted in the menu. I was told that unless it was posted or you told me otherwise, I was going to pay menu price. Then she says there is a discount for cash. I was so mad at this point, I didn't notice she gave me the discount on the higher priced item. Poor mgt, poor service, unintelligent waitress. Probably won't go again....EVER!

I had grubhub deliver from serranos for the first time and the food was very good.It was hot and fast delivery.We'll read visit again

Never got to place an order. Never acknowledged. Anyone who walked in after me she took. I guess she doesn’t serve us. I’m glad I decided to go in instead of ordering online. I didnt know this still exist this bad out here. It’s fine reading all the other reviews I took my money somewhere else.
