Starbucks offers a warm atmosphere and kind staff, making customers feel welcome. The place isn't too loud even when it gets crowded, and the large windows and variety of seating make a good gathering space. Lots of people on computers here. The service is friendly and pleasant, and there are lots of staff. They now make each cup of drip coffee fresh, even decaf, for a consistent coffee. The drinks are definitely worth it. However, the floor behind the counter can be gross with filth that stays for days. Despite this, the overall experience at Starbucks is positive, with customers appreciating the staff's efforts to provide excellent service.
